About the Role

We're looking for a talented Senior Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team at our US-based B2B startup. In this role, you'll create engaging, responsive user interfaces that deliver exceptional experiences to our enterprise clients. Working in our remote-first environment, you'll collaborate with designers and backend developers to build innovative solutions.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain modern web applications using React and related technologies
• Build reusable components and libraries for future use
• Translate design mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces
• Implement performance optimizations to ensure fast, smooth user experiences
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend applications with APIs
• Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional experience with React ecosystem
• Deep understanding of JavaScript fundamentals and ES6+ features
• Experience with performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, memoization, virtualization)
• Proficiency with modern build tools like Webpack or Vite
• Experience with form state management libraries (React Hook Form, Formik)
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
• Experience with state management solutions (Redux, MobX, Context API)
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a remote environment

Bonus Points For

• TypeScript proficiency
• Experience with WebSockets for real-time applications
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and implementation
• Background in implementing CI/CD workflows
• Experience with design systems
