What exactly triggers the $25 fee?
You're only charged when a request is successfully created and assigned to a vendor. If nothing gets dispatched, nothing gets billed.
Do towing vendors pay anything?
No. Dispatch is free for service providers — board, operator web app, inbound jobs from the network, payment collection. You only pay if you choose to unlock the optional monthly Analytics & Intelligence layer.
Are there any subscription, seat or minimum fees?
No. Service and Owner Operator are pure per-event pricing. Dispatch is free.
Do I have to talk to sales to sign up?
No. All three apps are fully self-serve — onboarding walks you through it.
What payment methods are supported?
All major credit cards via Stripe. Service customers can also pay vendors directly outside the platform using their existing AP process; Tow4Tech still tracks the invoice.
Will AI Voice add to the price?
AI Voice (driver intake + vendor outreach) is coming soon and will be an optional layer. Pricing will be announced at launch — the core platform pricing above does not change.
