Tow4Tech is a US-based software company connecting trucking fleets, owner operators and towing & roadside providers on a single dispatch network.
Why we exist
A truck on the shoulder isn't usually stuck because nobody can fix it. It's stuck because finding the right vendor takes a dozen phone calls, ETAs are guesses, prices arrive after the fact, and nobody upstream can see what's happening. We built one record that follows a breakdown from the first call to the final invoice — for everyone who touches it.
What we do
Three connected apps — Service for fleet breakdown departments, Dispatch for towing & roadside providers, and Owner Operator for drivers on the road — sharing one live network of vendors, quotes, tracking and settlement.
How we charge
$25 per successful request for fleets and owner operators. No contracts, no subscriptions, no per-seat pricing. Dispatch is free for service providers — we only make money when a truck actually gets helped.
How we operate
Self-serve signup with built-in tutorials, payments handled through Stripe, consent-first AI voice and SMS, and a full audit trail on every job. If you need SSO, API access or a custom rollout, we'll work with you directly.
