Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Tow4Tech platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. These terms apply to all users: trucking companies, towing service providers, owner operators, and operators.

Tow4Tech provides a connected platform for breakdown assistance, dispatch management, and roadside service coordination. We are a technology platform, not a towing company. Service providers on the platform are independent contractors, not employees of Tow4Tech.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update it as necessary. You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.

Service and Owner Operator users pay a $25 fee per successful request. Dispatch is free for service providers. All payments are processed through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our discretion.

Towing and roadside vendors must maintain appropriate licenses, insurance, and equipment. Vendors are solely responsible for the quality and safety of services they provide. Tow4Tech does not guarantee the performance of any vendor on the platform.

Tow4Tech is not liable for damages arising from breakdowns, delays in service, or the actions of service providers. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

All content, software, and technology on the Tow4Tech platform are owned by Tow4Tech or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or behavior that harms the platform or other users. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the platform and, where appropriate, sent to your email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware.
