Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: November 6, 2026
Tow4Tech exists to get trucks moving again faster. That only works if everyone can use our website and our apps — including drivers, dispatchers, and fleet managers who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, magnification, or other assistive technology.
We are working to make tow4tech.com and the Tow4Tech apps conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Those are the widely accepted standards behind the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements for websites.
What We Have Done
- Checked every page on this website with an automated accessibility checker and fixed the problems it found.
- Made sure text and buttons meet the contrast levels WCAG asks for, including our orange buttons and small labels.
- Added a Skip to main content link at the top of every page so keyboard users can jump past the menu.
- Made sure every link and button can be reached with the Tab key, and that the selected item shows a clearly visible orange outline.
- Underlined links inside paragraphs, so they are not identified by color alone.
- Labeled icons and images so a screen reader can describe them.
- Respected the reduce motion setting on your device: if you have it turned on, the site will not animate or scroll smoothly.
- Made the layout work when you zoom in or use a screen magnifier, and on phones and small screens.
Known Limitations
We have not finished. Here is what we know is not yet where it should be:
- The short demo video on our home page does not have captions or a text description of what happens on screen.
- The Service, Dispatch, and Owner Operator apps are being reviewed for accessibility separately from this website. They are not covered by the checks described above.
- We have not yet completed testing with people using real screen readers such as VoiceOver, JAWS, or NVDA. Automated checks catch many problems, but not all of them.
How We Evaluate
We use automated testing tools against the WCAG 2.1 AA rules, manual keyboard testing, and review of our own design choices for color, font size, and focus indicators. We re-run these checks whenever we publish changes to this website.
Tell Us If Something Gets in Your Way
If any part of this website is hard for you to use, please tell us. We take accessibility reports seriously and will respond within 5 business days with a plan and a timeline.
- Email support@tow4tech.com
- Call or text (914) 439-6884
- Or use our contact page.
When you write, it helps to tell us the page or feature, the device and browser you are using, and the assistive technology you use — for example, “VoiceOver on iPhone, the price on the Pricing page is read out of order.”
Alternative Formats and Accommodations
If you need information from us in another format — large print, a simpler written summary, or help over the phone — contact us at the address above and we will arrange it.
Third-Party Content
Some pages on this website link to the Tow4Tech apps and to third-party services such as payment processors. Those are operated under their own policies, and we are not responsible for their accessibility. We ask our partners to meet WCAG 2.1 AA and pass along any reports you send us.
